Private Yoga Sessions with Melissa
Anyone can benefit from private yoga sessions. We're all busy and private instruction allows yoga to fit into your schedule rather than schedule your life around a yoga class.
Private yoga is life altering. It helps deepen your practice, adapts poses to your body and invites you to focus on exactly what you want. Perfect for a beginner who is self-conscious in a regular classroom setting, a seasoned practitioner who wants to build a home practice or someone with special needs who can't find a studio to accommodate. Private instruction is geared to you so we go as fast, as slow, as intensely or as gently as you like. No one will ever pressure you to do more than you're comfortable with.
Additionally, I offer small group yoga. If you have a group of friends you'd like to practice with, but you can't find a class that fits your needs small group yoga might be optimal for you. Call with questions and to schedule.
