
Breathe Food Yes, it's been a long time coming. I've been a event planner, a restuarant manager and a professional cook and caterer and I've finally decided I want to blend my two passions. Yoga and food meld amazingly well. So, until I have a dedicated kitchen I'm catering and working as a private chef. I'm working towards having my own kitchen. July 31 Yoga for Depression
Relieve debilitating symptoms of depression with this two hour workshop. You'll leave with a home practice with variations and adjustments. We'll have time for discussion and questions. Be Moved Studio 2 E. 7th Street, 2:30-4:30.
