Welcome to Breathe
I'm Melissa, owner of Breathe Holistic Life Center. My passion in life is to help you connect and lead your best possible life. My job is to help you heal, open, relax, strengthen and renew. At Breathe we engage an holistic approach involving mind, body and spirit to solve any problem, tackle new challenges and create new lives. 

Breathe Yoga is about what happens on the mat, but also about t
aking those lessons into the rest of your life. Learning to relax and release into poses, translates into accepting life as it is and letting go of worry, which translates into sleeping well, fewer headaches and an ease as you walk through your day.

Eating well is the foundation for good health. Breathe Food offers catering, private chef duties, education, advice and recipes to help you eat right for the healthiest, most energetic you. Eating the right foods helps you manage weight, increase immunity, relax, have more energy, sleep better, quiet your mind and enjoy life more.
 
Yoga Therapy offers an opportunity for some guidance and support tackling life issues. The issues I work on with clients are as varied as fertility, business planning and anxiety. The work we're guided to do together will lead you to focus on your passion and engage your best you.

 

As Breathe Holistic Life Center grows and one days occupies a physical space we will incorporate more and more holistic practitioners. Breathe Food

Yes, it's been a long time coming. I've been a event planner, a restuarant manager and a professional cook and caterer and I've finally decided I want to blend my two passions. Yoga and food meld amazingly well. So, until I have a dedicated kitchen I'm catering and working as a private chef. I'm working towards having my own kitchen. Call me or keep checking in for a catered event or for your own private chef.

 

July 31 Yoga for Depression

Relieve debilitating symptoms of depression with this two hour workshop. You'll leave with a home practice with variations and adjustments. We'll have time for discussion and questions. Be Moved Studio 2 E. 7th Street, 2:30-4:30.

This year I'm learning how to live more passionately and that means more workshops, retreats and speaking engagements. That's the stuff that excites me. Below is a rough idea of workshops coming up.
