Yoga Therapy heals and helps you develop holistically. Unlike a class setting yoga therapy is tailored for your needs. I focus on you and guide you towards identifying and accomplishing your goals. Sometimes we work one on one and sometimes I refer to other holistic healers in the area.
The body has an ability to heal itself and we look at as many different ways to bring the whole person into balance as possible. Sessions may be ongoing or just a one-time instructional meeting and last about 60 minutes and include a practice that addresses the issues and benefits overall health.
You will never be asked to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. Sessions held at Breathe Holistic Life Center, are 60-75 minutes long, and are $100 for initial consultaion. $70 per session for ongoing work. | |
